The increase in the amount of $36,438.00 Thirty-Six Thousand Four Hundred and Thirty Eight Dollars to include Platting, ROW abandonment and Environmental Phase 1 and Construction as defined in Article 1.4.7 plus the Design-Builders fee of 5% which shall not exceed the Guaranteed Maximum Price set forth in the GMP Amendment.
