FIRST RENEWAL OF
CONCESSIONAIRE SERVICE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND GATEWAY PARK CONCESSION LLC.
(PARD NO. 62914)
This FIRST RENEWAL ("First Renewal") is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF
FORT WORTH ("City"), a home-rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, acting by and through
its duly authorized representative, and GATEWAY PARK CONCESSION LLC., a Texas limited liability
company ("Concessionaire"). The City and Concessionaire are herein referred to individually as a("Party")
and collectively as the ("Parties");
WHEREAS, on March 5, 2025, the City and Concessionaire entered into a Concession Agreement to
sell food and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons of the Park during sports events only at Gateway Park,
located at 751 Beach St, Fort Worth, Texas 76111, the same being Park & Recreation Department ("CSC")
Contract Number 62914 ("Agreement");
WHEREAS, the Agreement provides an initial term of one-year and four (4) optional one-year
renewal terms (each a "Renewal Term");
WHEREAS, the Initial Term expires March 4, 2026;
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the Parties to extend the Agreement through the First
Renewal Term; and
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein,
the City and Concessionaire agree to renew and extend the Agreement as follows:
I.
The City and Concessionaire agree to renew and extend the Agreement far the First Renewal Term
effective March 5, 2026, and ending on March 4, 2027.
II.
1. All terms and conditions of the Agreement that are not expressly amended pursuant to this
First Renewal shall remain in full force and effect.
2. All terms in this First Renewal that are capitalized but not defined shall have the meanings
assigned to them in the Agreement.
