SECOND AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 59886
This Second Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 59886 ("Second
Amendment") is made by and between the City of Fort Worth ("Buyer"), a Texas home-rule
municipal corporation acting by and through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and
Rodzina Industries, Inc. ("Seller"), a Michigan corporation acting by and through its duly
authorized representative. Buyer and Seller are individually referred to as a"Party" and
collectively referred to as the "Parties."
WHEREAS, on October 1, 2023, the Parties entered into an Agreement identified as Fort
Worth City Secretary Contract No. 59886 ("Agreement");
WHEREAS, the Agreement allows for up to four (4) one-year renewal options at the
Buyer's sole discretion;
WHEREAS, on October 1, 2024, the Parties renewed the Agreement for its First Renewal
with a term of October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025;
WHEREAS, on October 1, 2025, the Parties renewed the Agreement for its Second
Renewal with a term of October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026;
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the Parties to amend the Agreement to update
Exhibit D to add items found in the attached Exhibit D-2; and
WHEREAS, the amount of this contract shall remain an amount not to exceed $50,000.00
annually.
NOW, THEREFORE, Buyer and Seller do hereby agree to the following:
I.
AMENDMENT
The Agreement is hereby amended to include Exhibit D-2 attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference for all purposes.
II.
ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
All terms and conditions of the Agreement that are not expressly amended herein
shall remain in full force and effect.
III.

This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall
e an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile
copy or computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, of a signature, shall be treated as
and shall have the same effect as an original.
