Call to Order With a quorum present, President Beck called the meeting to order for the Board of Directors of the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation at 3:42 p.m. on Tuesday, January 27,2026, in the City Council Work Session Room, of the Fort Worth City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail, Fort Worth, Texas. 2.Approval of Minutes: a. Regular Meeting Held on December 9, 2025 Motion was made by Director Lauersdorf and seconded by Director Flores to approve the December 9, 2025, meeting minutes. The motion passed 9-0. Unaudited Financial Statement as of November 20, 2025 b. Unaudited Financial Statement as of December 31, 2025 c. Quarterly Investment Report as of December 31, 2025 d. Quarterly Sale of Corporation Land Report as of December 31, 2025 There was no discussion on the written reports; they were for informational purposes only. 4. Briefing a. Update on the Housing Finance Corporation Revenue Benchmarking Study - Kacey Thomas, Neighborhood Services Department The briefing was withdrawn by staff. 5.Action Items a. Consider and Adopt Resolution Authorizing the Sale of 2511 Mitchell I Boulevard in Council District 8 to CAH Developments, LLC, or an Approved Related Entity, for the Development of Neighborhood Emergency Hospital for a Sales Price in an Amount Not Less Than the Appraised Value - Kasey Thomas, Neighborhood Services Department k Motion was made by Director Peoples and seconded by Director Lauersdorf, to approve Resolution No. FWHFC-2025-28, Authorizing the Sale of 2511 Mitchell Boulevard in Council District 8 to CAH Developments, LLC, or an Approved Related Entity, for the Development of Neighborhood Emergency Hospital for a Sales Price in an Amount Not Less Than the Appraised Value. The motion passed 11-0. b. Consider and Adopt Resolution Authorizing the Sale of Four Lots in Council District 8 (1301 East Cannon Street, 1407 East Cannon Street, 802 magnolia Avenue and 1139 East Cannon Street) to Hope CITY OF FORT WORTH,TEXAS FORT WORTH HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION TUESDAY,January 27,2026 PAGE 3 of 4 Outlook, or an Approved Related Entity, for the Development of Affordable Single-Family Homes for a Total Sales Price of $100,00 - Kacey Thomas, Neighborhood Services Department Motion was made by Director Nettles and seconded by Director Hill, that Resolution Authorizing the Sale of Four Lots in Council District 8 (1301 East Cannon Street, 1407 East Cannon Street, 802 magnolia Avenue and 1139 East Cannon Street) to Hope Outlook, or an Approved Related Entity, for the Development of Affordable Single-Family Homes for a Total Sales Price of $100,00 be continued to the next meeting. The motion passed 11-0. c. Consider and Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the Purchase of Six Tax-Foreclosed Lots in Council District 5 and 8 (1401 Lindsey Street, 2305 Farrell Lane, 5916 Maceo Lane, 2108 Ridgeview Street, 2830 Evans Avenue and 6025 Truman Drive) for a Total Amount Up To $162,000 - Kacey Thomas, neighborhood Services Department Motion was made by Director Nettles and seconded by Director Hill, to approve Resolution No. FWHFC-2025-29, a Resolution Authorizing the Purchase of Six Tax-Foreclosed Lots in Council District 5 and 8 (1401 Lindsey Street, 2305 Farrell Lane, 5916 Maceo Lane, 2108 Ridgeview Street, 2830 Evans Avenue and 6025 Truman Drive) for a Total Amount Up To $162,000. The motion passed 11-0. 6. Executive Session There was no Executive Session. 7. Requests for Future Agenda Items There were no requests for future agenda items. 8.Adjourn With no further discussion, President Beck adjourned the meeting of the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation at 3:58 p.m. on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
