1. Call to Order
With a quorum present, President Beck called the meeting to order for the
Board of Directors of the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation at 4:02 p.m.
on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, in the City Council Work Session Room, of the
Fort Worth City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail, Fort Worth, Texas.
2.Approval of Minutes:
a. Regular Meeting Held on November 18, 2025

Motion was made by Director Hill and seconded by Director Nettles to approve
the November 18, 2025, meeting minutes. The motion passed 9-0. Director
Parker was off the dais. Director Peoples was absent.
3.Action Items:
a. Consider and Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the Sale of Seven Lots in
Council Districts 5 and 8 (5175 Charlene Street, 5401 Cottey Street, 5217
Turner Street, and 2651 Belzise Terrace) to the Fort Worth Community

Land Trust or an Eligible Affiliate, for the Development of Affordable
Single-Family Homes for a Total Sales Price of $187,207 - Josh Hezlep,
Neighborhood Services Department
Josh Hezlep, Neighborhood Services Department, provided a staff report
Motion was made by Director Nettles and seconded by Director Hill,to approve
Resolution No. FWHFC-2025-27, Authorizing the Sale of Seven Lots in Council
Districts 5 and 8 (5175 Charlene Street, 5401 Cottey Street, 5217 Turner Street,
and 2651 Belzise Terrace) to the Fort Worth Community Land Trust or an Eligible
Affiliate, for the Development of Affordable Single-Family Homes for a Total
Sales Price of $187,207.The motion passed 9-0. Director Parker was off the dais.
Director Peoples was absent.
4. Executive Session
President Beck recessed the meeting and convened the (torporation Meeting
into Executive Session at 4:06 p.m. The Board of Directors Fort Worth Housing
Finance Corporation may conduct a closed meeting to:
a. Seek the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated
litigation, settlement offers, or any matter in which the duty of the
attorney for the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation under the
Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of

Texas clearly conflicts with the Texas Open Meetings Act [Tex. Govt.
Code §551.0711:
�i) legal issues concerning any current agenda item;
b. Discuss the purchase, sale, lease or value of real property, as
authorized by Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code,
where deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental
effect on the position of the Corporation in negotiations with a third
party; and
Discussion Occurred.
c. Discuss or deliberate negotiations relating to any economic
development negotiations, as authorized by Section 551.087 of the
Texas Government Code.
