1. Call to Order
With a quorum present, President Beck called the meeting to order for the
Board of Directors of the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation at 10:33 a.m.
on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, in the City Council Work Session Room, of the
Fort Worth City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail, Fort Worth, Texas.

2.Approval of Minutes:
a. Regular Meeting Held on October 28, 2025
Motion was made by Director Peoples and seconded by Director Nettles to
approve the October 28, 2025, meeting minutes. The motion passed 8-0.
Director Parker, Crain and Lauersdorf absent.
3. Written Reports:
a. Unaudited Financial Statement as of October 31, 2025
There was no discussion on the written report; it was for informational purposes
only.
4. Briefing on Terrell Homes - Kacey Thomas, Assistant General Manager and
Dyan Anderson, Neighborhood Services Department
Kacey Thomas,Assistant General Manager,and Dyan Anderson, Neighborhood
Services Department, provided a staff report.
5.Action Items:
a. Consider and Adopt a Resolution Authorizing a Loan in an Amount not
to exceed$2,000,000 to Terrell Homes,Ltd,to Pay Off the First Mortgage
Loan Balance Relating to Terrell Homes.
Motion was made by Director Nettles and seconded by Director Hill, to approve
Resolution No. FWHFC-2025-24, adopting a Resolution Authorizing a Loan in an
Amount not to exceed $2,000,000 to Terrell Homes, Ltd, to Pay Off the First
Mortgage Loan Balance Relating to Terrell Homes. The motion passed 9-0.
Directors Crain and Lauersdorf absent.

b. Consider and Adopt Resolution Authorizing Matthew Monedero to
Serve as the Primary QuickBooks Administrator for the Fort Worth
Housing Finance Corporation
Motion was made by Director Hill and seconded by Director Peoples, to approve
Resolution No. FWHFC-2025-25, authorizing Matthew Monedero to Serve as the
Primary QuickBooks Administrator for the Fort Worth Housing Finance
Corporation The motion passed 9-0. Directors Crain and Lauersdorf absent.
c. Consider and Adopt Resolution Approving the Amended Budget for the
2025-2026 Fiscal Year
Motion was made by Director Hill and seconded by Director Nettles, to approve
Resolution No. FWHFC-2025-26, approving the Amended Budget for the 2025-
2026 Fiscal Year. The motion passed 9-0. Directors Crain and Lauersdorf
absent.

There was no Executive Session.
7. Requests for Future Agenda Items
There were no requests for future agenda items.
8.Adjourn
With no further discussion, President Beck adjourned the meeting of the Fort
Worth Housing Finance Corporation at 10:57 a.m. on Tuesday, November 18,
2025.
