Home My WebLink About059465-A3 - General - Contract - CNC Technologies, LLCCSC No. 59465-A3 THIRD AMENDMENT TO FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 59465 This Third Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 59465 ("Agreement") is made between CNC Technologies, LLC ("Seller") and City of Fort Worth (`Buyer"), a Texas home-rule municipal corporation through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager acting by and through its duly authorized representative, each individually referred as a"Party" and collectively as the "Parties". WHEREAS, Buyer and Seller entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 59465 beginning May 24, 2023 ("Agreement"); WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both Buyer and Seller to amend the Agreement to adjust the renewal, term dates so that both helicopters will be on the same SST schedule with CNC Technologies; and NOW THEREFORE, the Parties do hereby agree to the following: I. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT The following terms are hereby amended to replace any conflicting terms in the Agreement or will be added to the terms and shall be binding and enforceable as if they were originally included therein: 1. Section 3.0 (" Term") of the Agreement is hereby amended by deleting it and replacing it in its entirety with the following: This Agreement shall begin on the date signed by the Assistant City Manager ("Effective Date") and shall expire one (1) year after the Effective Date ("Expiration Date"), unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement. City shall have the option, in its sole discretion, to renew this Agreement under the same terms and conditions, for up to four (4) renewal options. First Renewal Term: May 24, 2024 — May 23, 2025, Second Renewal Term: May 24, 2025 — February 28, 2026, Third Renewal Term: March 1, 2026 — February 28, 2027, Fourth Renewal Term: March 1, 2027 — February 28, 2028 �FFICIAL RECORD III.
