(Continued from 7-8-08 by Kathleen Hicks) ZC-08-035A/B - Text Amendment: Parking Surfaces (Residential & Non Residential): An Ordinance Amending Section 6.200, "Parking Surfaces" of Article 2, "Off- Street Parking and Loading" of Chapter 6, "Development Standards" of Ordinance Number 13896, as Amended, Codified as Appendix "A" of the code of the City of Fort Worth (1986) to: provide that the regulations of Article 2 apply to one and two family districts; to include types of surfaces Page 1 of 2 required in residential and non residential districts; to provide that the regulations of Article 2 apply to both the required parking and non-required parking; and to amend Chapter 9, "Definitions" to add definitions for hard surface (parking), porous surface (parking) and driveway.
