These additions include the requirement to pay Tree Mitigation fees, the addition of two portable message boards, added irrigation services, correction of missing electrical components, and the removal of a 5-foot sewer manhole. In addition, the contractor was directed to correct a curb design discrepancy, include additional cameras and to include an item for the removal and demolition of existing curb ramps, as requested by the project inspector We have compared the proposed Contractor's prices to recent TxDOT prices and to prices found in recent City of Fort Worth Unit -Price Contracts, and we think the prices are reasonable. TxDOT Ave unit price list- below are the findings Portable Message Board - Bid Prices Vary $78.00 - $1800.00 Remove ADA Ramp (per Sq Yd) $257-$310 Remove Conc Curb and Gutter - $9 - $22 Remove MH $1051- $2250 (Fain price in this CO also includes additional pipe removal at MH which should justify their $4,500 fee) It is understood and agreed that the acceptance of this Change Order by the contractor constitutes an accord and satisfaction and represents payment in full (both time and money) for all costs arising out of, or incidental to, the above Change Order.
