Home My WebLink About064377-A1 - General - Contract - Trinity Star Enterprises, Inc.CSC No. 64377-Al AMENDMENT No .1 TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT No. 64377 WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth (CITY) and Trinity Star Enterprises, Inc, (ENGINEER) made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 64377, (the CONTRACT) which was authorized on the 23rd day of November,2025 in the amount of $ 50,000; and WHEREAS, the CONTRACT involves reactive CCTV inspection services for storm drain pipes for emergency locations and other reactive needs, WHEREAS, it has become necessary to execute Amendment No. 1 to the CONTRACT, to increase capacity of contract to address reactive inspection for this fiscal year; NOW THEREFORE, CITY and ENGINEER, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement, which amends the CONTRACT, 1.
