JUSTIFICATION (REASONS) FOR CHANGE ORDER I
Change Order No. 2 provides for the removal and replacement of a leaking existing 8" gate valve that was
encounter during construction on North Bailey Avenue and Wildwood Road.
The change order also provides for the removal of a tree that was located within the bore pit of a project sewer
line.
Staff agrees with the contractor requested S additional days.
