The National Crime Bureau Services, Inc. ("NCBS") does hereby donate ta thQ Fort Worth Police
Department (the uAgency"} the equipment described as:

The equipment will be used by the Agency for bait vehicle operations.
This agreement is subject to the following conditions:

The Agency accepts the above-described equipment as a donation in pursuit of its lawful purposes.

The Agency shall accept said equipment "as is".
3. The Agency do�s hereby rele�se the RICBS and the IVICB from ail claims, including but not limited to
property damage or badily injury, arising fram the operation or maintenance of the squipment described
herein by any persan, including but not limited to an employee, agent or assign of the Agency.
4. The effective date of this agreement shall be th� date the equipment is deliver�d inta tMe custody of the
Agency.
