Renewal Tenn No. 2: April 8, 2026, to April 7, 2027
The above referenced Contract with the City of Fort Worth will expire on April 7, 2026
(the "Expiration Date"). Pursuant to the Contract, contract renewals are at the City's sole discretion.
This renewal notice serves as the City's notice that it intends to renew the Contract for another one-
year renewal term, which shall begin on April 8, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the
Contract remain unchanged.
Please return this signed acknowledgement letter, along with a copy of your current
insurance certificate, to the address set forth below, acknowledging receipt of the Contract
Renewal Notice. Failure to provide the signed acknowledgment letter will not affect the
renewal of the Contract.
Please log onto PeopleSoft Purchasing at http://fortwo thtexas.gov/purchasing to insure
that your company information is correct and up-to-date.
