SECOND AMENDMENT AND SECOND RENEWAL OF
VENDOR SERVICES AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND ANIMAL WORKS, L.L.C.
(CSC NO. 60922)
This SECOND AMENDMENT AND SECOND RENEWAL ("Second Amendment and Second
Renewal") is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH ("City"), a home -rule
municipal corporation of the State of Texas, acting by and through its duly authorized representative, and
ANIMAL WORKS, L.L.C. ("Vendor"), a Texas limited liability company, acting by and through its duly
authorized representative. The City and Vendor are herein referred to individually as a ("Party") and
collectively as the ("Parties").
WHEREAS, on February 8, 2024, the City and Vendor entered into a Vendor Services Agreement to
provide mice and rats to the Park & Recreation Department on an as -needed basis to feed animals at the
Fort Worth Nature Center & Refuge ("Services"), located at 9601 Fossil Ridge Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76135,
the same being City Secretary Contract ("CSC") Contract Number 60922 ("Agreement");
WHEREAS, the Agreement provides a primary term of one year and four (4) one-year renewal terms
(each a "Renewal Term");
WHEREAS, on March 05, 2025 the Parties agreed to First Amendment and First Renewal to update
the Vendor's pricing schedule and to exercise the First Renewal Term;
WHEREAS, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to update the Vendor's pricing schedule; and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the Parties to extend the Agreement through the Second
Renewal Term;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein,
the City and Vendor agree to amend and renew the Agreement as follows:
I.
The City and Vendor hereby agree to amend the Vendor's pricing schedule, as set forth in
Exhibit A-2.
H.
The City and Vendor hereby agree to renew the Agreement for a one-year period ("Second
Renewal Term"), effective February 8, 2026, and expiring on February 7, 2027.

1. All terms and conditions of the Agreement that are not expressly amended pursuant to this
Second Amendment and Second Renewal shall remain in full force and effect.
2. All terms in this Second Amendment and Second Renewal that are capitalized but not defined
shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Agreement.
