This First Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 62282 (the "Contract") is made between the City of Fort Worth (hereafter "City"), a Texas home rule municipality, by and through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and Sequel Data Systems, Inc. ("Vendor"). WHEREAS, on October 3, 2024, the Parties entered into the Contract to provide equipment, software, security, maintenance, training, and Professional services, in support of the entire Water Department network and the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) environment; and WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the City and the Vendor to amend the Agreement to increase the spending authority by $50,000.00 for Infrastructure network equipment needs. NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties, acting herein by the through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement: I. AMENDMENT The Contract is amended to increase the value of the Contract by $50,000.00 by utilizing the Administrative Amendment funds approved on M&C 24-0940. II. ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect. IH. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. The contract is running low on funds and does not expire for another seven months. This Amendment will increase the spending authority by an additional $50,000.00, utilizing Administrative Amendment funds that were approved on M&C 24-0940.
