EXPLANATION
Attached is the Third Renewal of CSC 59133, the agreement between Selectron Technologies, Inc. and
the Water Department for software, maintenance & support, professional services and the hosting of the
Water Customer Call Center's Interactive Voice Response System.
This renewal term will run from April 6, 2026 through April 5, 2027, and the spending authority for
this agreement will equal $278,780.10.
