Renewal Term No. 4: May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027
Pursuant to Section 2 of the Contract, the City hereby provides notice that the Contract
with the City of Fort Worth will expire on April 30, 2026. Pursuant to the Contract, the
contract will automatically renew. This letter is to inform you of the fourth renewal term
which will begin on May 1, 2026 and end on April 30, 2027. This notice is being provided
pursuant to Section 2 of the Contract.
All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain unchanged. Please return this
signed acknowledgement letter, along with a copy of your current insurance certificate, to
the address set forth below, acknowledging receipt of the Contract Renewal Notice. Failure
to provide a signed acknowledgment does not affect the renewal.

EXPLANATION
Attached is the Fourth Renewal of CSC 57347, the City's contract with Emerson Process
Management Power & Water Solutions, to provide the Ovation process control system upgrade
and annual support services for the Village Creek reclamation facility. This term will run from
May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027, which is Year 4 on the 5-Year Renewal Pricing chart under
Attachment 2.
