FIRST AMENDMENT AND THIRD RENEWAL TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 59461
A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND
PRP SERVICES L.L.C. d/b/a/ MUNICIPAL MOSQUITO
This First Amendment and Third Renewal to City Secretary Contract Number 59461 is
made and entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth ("City") by and through its duly
authorized Assistant City Manager, and PRP Services L.L.C. d/b/a Municipal Mosquito
("Vendor or Consultant"), a Texas limited liability company, acting by and through its duly
authorized representative. City and Vendor may be referred to individually as a "party" and
collectively as the "parties."
WHEREAS, on May 7, 2023, pursuant to Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 23-0014, the
parties entered into City Secretary Contract 59461 to provide mosquito spraying services
("Agreement");
WHEREAS, on March 15, 2024, the parties renewed the Agreement for the First
Renewal Term; and
WHEREAS, on May 5, 2024, the parties renewed the Agreement for the Second
Renewal Term, which will end on until May 7, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the parties mutually desire to amend the Agreement to amend the Exhibit
"A" Scope of Services with the removal of mosquito surveillance to clarify the scope of services
for the Agreement in conjunction with the City's RFP 26-0037, which will be a separate contract
for mosquito surveillance services.
WHEREAS, the City desires to renew the Agreement for the Third Renewal Term;
NOW THEREFORE, City and Vendor acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, agree to the following terms:

AMENDMENTS
The Agreement amended to repeal Section 1.2 "Mosquito Surveillance" and Section 1
of Exhibit A.
II.
RENEWAL
Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the City is exercising its option to renew the
Agreement for the third renewal term, which will begin on May 8, 2026, and will end on May 7,
2027, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall
remain in full force and effect.
IV.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an
original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile copy or
computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be treated as and shall have the
same effect as anoriginal.
