Goodall, City Secretary With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Pro tem Flores called the City Council Work Session of the Fort Worth City Council to order at 2:01 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, in the City Council Work Session Room the Fort Worth City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail, Fort Worth, Texas. 1. Report of the City Manager - Jesus "Jay" Chapa, City Manager a. Upcoming and Recent Events City Manager Jay Chapa announced that the 2025 Mayor's Community Engagement Workshops and Neighborhood Awards Luncheon will be on Saturday, March 7, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Doxology. City Council Requests for Future Agenda Items and/or Reports • Council Member Nettles requested a report on the impact of East Corridor project on the HOPE Team efforts throughout the City. • Council Member Peoples requested a report on what the City is unhoused residents across the City including mitigation of camps. • Council Member Lauersdorf requested a report on the fiscal impact for deeply discounted gym memberships to retirees at Community Centers.
