With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Parker called the City
Council Work Session of the Fort Worth City Council to order at 9:14 a.m. on Tuesday,
February 24, 2026, in the City Council Work Session Room the Fort Worth City Hall,
100 Fort Worth Trail, Fort Worth, Texas.

Council Member Peoples requested an overview on the MyFW App.
• Sana Syed, Chief Communications Officer, presented a slide show on the
Informal Report
Council Member Crain asked a question regarding photo uploads and if the
request has to be entered in the moment.
• Sharon Gamble, Assistant Communication and Public Engagement
Director, answered the question stating the app knows where the picture
was taken.
26-0030 Proposed Text Amendments to "0-1" Floodplain Zoning Classification -
Dana Burghdoff, Assistant City Manager
Council Member Peoples thanked Dana Burghdoff for the work she has done in
her District.

4. AllianceTexas Annual Economic Impact - Mike Berry, President of Hillwood
Presentation was provided by Mike Berry, President of Hillwood.
5. City Council Requests for Future Agenda Items and/or Reports
• Council Member Peoples - A report on the Human Relations Commission duties
and responsibilities specifically how many complaints have been filed in the last
decade on discrimination and how many findings for cause on complaints. Also,
identify top 5 employers these complaints have been filed against.
o Council Member Flores backed up the request from Council Member
Peoples.
