CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Parker introduced Bonnie Bell Hickman as Mayor for the Day.
With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Parker called the City
Council Regular Session of the Fort Worth City Council to order 11:12 a.m. on Tuesday,
February 24, 2026, in the City Council Chamber of the Fort Worth City Hall, 100 Fort
Worth Trail, Fort Worth, Texas.

for the Design and Construction of a Grade -Separated Railroad Crossing on
Heritage Trace Parkway at the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Rail Lines, Authorize
Execution of a Federal Grant Agreement and Other Necessary Documents and
Adopt Appropriation Ordinance
Motion: Council Member Blaylock made a motion, seconded by Council
Member Martinez, that M&C 26-0154 be approved and Appropriation
Ordinance No. 28337-02-2026 be adopted. Motion passed 9-0, Council
Members Nettles and Beck were absent.
