HomeMy WebLinkAbout064370-A1 - General - Contract - Ace Pipe, LLCCSC No. 64370-A1 CITY OF FORT W RTH AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO VENDOR SERVICES AGREEMENT WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth, ("CITY"), and Ace Pipe Cleaning, Inc., ("Vendor") entered into that certain Vendor Services Agreement for reactive CCTV inspection services ("Agreement") effective November 23, 2025 (CSC No. 64370); and WHEREAS, the original Agreement inadvertently included the bid offer sheet from a different vendor; and WHEREAS, CITY and Vendor desire to amend the Agreement to correct the error and apply Vendor's unit prices; NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed by the CITY and Vendor as follows: Article I The Agreement is hereby amended by replacing page 20, "City of Fort Worth Bid Offer", with the attached City of Fort Worth Bid Offer, which is the actual pricing schedule submitted by Vendor at the time of bids. Article 11 All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. EXECUTED and EFFECTIVE as of the date subscribed by the City's designated City Manager.
