FIRST AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 58215
This First Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 58215 ("First
Amendment") is made by and between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a Texas home -rule
municipal corporation acting by and through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and
Office Design Group, Inc. ("Vendor"), a Nevada corporation acting by and through its duly
authorized representative. City and Vendor are individually referred to as a "Party" and
collectively referred to as the "Parties."
WHEREAS, on October 10, 2022, the Parties entered into an Agreement identified as Fort
Worth City Secretary Contract No. 58215 ("Agreement") using General Services Administration
Cooperative Contract GS-28F-0008T;
WHEREAS, the Agreement allows four (4) one-year renewal options if mutually agreed
upon by the Parties;
WHEREAS, the Parties renewed the Agreement for all four (4) renewals with terms of
January 3, 2023 to January 2, 2024, January 3, 2024 to January 2, 2025, January 3, 2025 to January
2, 2026, and January 3, 2026 to January 2, 2027; and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the Parties to amend the Agreement to increase
the total annual compensation from $25,879.04 to a new not -to -exceed total amount of
$100,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Vendor do hereby agree to the following:
I.
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
The Agreement is hereby amended as follows:
Total payment made under this Agreement for the fourth renewal term, beginning January
3, 2026 and ending January 2, 2027, shall be in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00.
Il.
ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
All terms, provisions, conditions, covenants, and recitals of the Agreement that
are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.

This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall
be an riginal and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile
copy or computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, of a signature, shall be treated as
and shall have the same effect as an original.
