SECOND AMENDMENT AND FIFTH RENEWAL
TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 55541
This Second Amendment and Fifth Renewal is entered into by and between the City of
Fort Worth ("City,") a Texas home rule municipality, and First Arriving IO, Inc. ("Vendor").
City and Vendor are each individually referred to herein as a "parry" and collectively referred to as
the "parties."
WHEREAS, City and Vendor entered into an Agreement identified as City Secretary
Contract No. 55541 beginning April 7, 2021 (the "Agreement"), for an initial one-year term with
five (5) one-year renewal options in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00 annually;
WHEREAS, the current term of the Agreement expires on April 6, 2026;
WHEREAS, there is currently one (1) remaining renewal option under the Agreement;
WHEREAS, the parties desire to renew the Agreement for a one-year term beginning
April 7, 2026 and expiring April 6, 2027; and
WHEREAS, the parties further desire to amend the Agreement to add four (4) additional
one-year renewal options.
NOW, THEREFORE, the parties, acting herein by the through their duly authorized
representatives, enter into the following agreement:
I. AMENDMENTS
The Agreement is hereby amended to add four (4) additional one-year renewal options,
each a "Renewal Term."
H. RENEWALS
The Agreement is hereby renewed for a one-year Renewal Term beginning April 7, 2026
and expiring April 6, 2027. Following this Fifth Renewal term, four (4) additional one-year
renewal options remain.
III. MISCELLANEOUS
All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of the Agreement not
expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
