HomeMy WebLinkAbout052006-A3 - General - Contract - TT Faster LLCCSC No. 52006-A3 THIRD AMENDMENT TO FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 52006 This Third Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 52006 ("Third Amendment") is made between the City of Fort Worth ("City,") a Texas home rule municipality, and TT FASTER LLC ("Vendor"). City and Vendor are each individually referred to herein as a "parry" and collectively referred to as the "parties." WHEREAS, City and Vendor entered into an Agreement identified as City Secretary Contract No. 52006 beginning March 4, 2019 (the "Agreement"); WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the parties to amend the Agreement to include pricing in accordance with Exhibit A-2, the FASTER Asset Solutions Quote No. 3686, for the FASTER system upgrade; WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the parties to administratively increase the total annual contract amount to not exceed $100,000.00 NOW THEREFORE, known by all these present, City and Vendor, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, agree to the following terms, which amend the Agreement as follows: I. AMENDMENTS 1. The Agreement is hereby amended to include pricing in accordance with Exhibit A-2, FASTER Asset Solutions Quote No. 3686, for the FASTER system upgrade, attached hereto this Third Amendment and incorporated herein for all purposes. 2. The Agreement is hereby amended to administratively increase the total annual contract amount not to exceed $100,000.00. IL MISCELLANEOUS All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of the Agreement not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect. This process ensures the highest quality result for our customers, and a reliable delivery timeline. In most cases additional consulting services such as requirements analysis, requirements writing, gap analysis, or discussion meetings are not required to meet customer objectives, so these costs are not unnecessarily included in the costs of these custom actions. If needed, these services are available as requested and can be added to our proposal.
