THIRD RENEWAL AND FOURTH AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 59750
This Third Renewal and Fourth Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No.
59750 ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Bode Cellmark Forensics, Inc.
("Vendor") acting by and through its duly authorized representative, and City of Fort Worth
("City"), a Texas home -rule municipal corporation acting by and through its duly authorized
Assistant City Manager, each individually referred as a "Parry" and collectively as the "Parties."
WHEREAS, City and Vendor entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City
Secretary Contract No. 59750 beginning July 11, 2023 ("Agreement"). The Agreement provides
for four (4) one-year renewal periods; and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the Parties to renew the agreement for the Third
renewal option (the "Third Renewal Term"); and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the Parties to amend the Agreement to replace
"Payment Schedule" (Exhibit B-1) to update pricing payable during the Third Renewal Term.
This amendment does not increase the total compensation under the Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Vendor do hereby agree to the following:
I.
RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT
The Agreement is hereby renewed for a one-year renewal term (the "Third Renewal
Term") commencing on July 11, 2026, and ending on July 10, 2027, unless terminated earlier in
accordance with the Agreement.
H.
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
The Agreement is hereby amended by replacing Exhibit B-1 with the attached Exhibit B-2
("Payment Schedule "), which is incorporated by reference into the Agreement as if fully set forth
therein by reference for all purposes, effective July 11, 2026
ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
All other provisions of the Agreement, as previously amended, which are not expressly
amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.

This Third Renewal and Fourth Amendment may be executed in multiple
counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which shall constitute one and
the same instrument. A facsimile copy or computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a
signature, shall be treated as and shall have the same effect as an original.
