A. Call to Order
After proper notice given pursuant to the Texas Open Meetings Act, with a quorum of the City
Council Members present, Mayor Parker called the Executive Session Meeting to order and the
Fort Worth City Council convened into closed Special Called Executive Session at 10:31 a.m. on
Tuesday, March 31, 2026, in the City Council Work Session Room of the Fort Worth City Hall
to discuss matters pertaining to the following:

following sections of Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code:

To seek the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation, settlement offers, or
any matter in which the duty of the attorney to the City Council under the Texas Disciplinary
Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Texas Open
Meetings Act. [Tex. Govt Code §551.071]:

With no further business to be conducted, Mayor Parlcer adjourned the meeting at 11:52 a.m. on
Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
