1. Call to Order
With a quorum present, Vice President Hall called the meeting to order for the
Board of Directors of the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation at 12:28 p.m.
on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, in the City Council Work Session Room, of the
Fort Worth City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail, Fort Worth, Texas.
2. Approval of Minutes:
a. Regular Meeting Held on January 27, 2026

Motion was made by Director Blaylock and seconded by Director Hill to approve
the January 27, 2026, meeting minutes. The motion passed 8-0. President Beck
and Directors Lauersdorf and Nettles were absent.
3. Written Reports:
a. Unaudited Financial Statement as of January 31, 2026,
b. Housing Finance Corporation Expense Review Audit Report
There was no discussion on the written reports; they were for informational
purposes only.
4. Briefing
a. Housing Finance Corporation Expense Review Audit Results and
Recommendations - Patrice Randle, Internal Audit Department;
Keisha Light, Neighborhood Services Department.
