FIRST AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT 65064
BETWEEN CITY OF FORT WORTH AND PARKER COUNTY MEDIA INC.
This First Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract 65064 ("Amendment") is
made between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a Texas home -rule municipal corporation, and
Parker County Media Inc. ("Vendor"), a Texas corporation and acting by and through its duly
authorized representative, each individually referred to as a "party" and collectively referred to
as the "parties."
WHEREAS, the parties entered into an agreement identified as Fort Worth City Secretary
Contract 65064 for a term beginning April 2, 2026 ("Agreement");
WHEREAS, the current term expires on April 1, 2027 unless terminated earlier in
accordance with the Agreement; and
WHEREAS, Section 3.1 incorrectly stated the total compensation as $20,101.25; and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the parties to amend the Agreement to correct
and increase the total contract compensation from $20,101.25 to $20,101.26.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties, acting herein by and through their duly authorized
representatives, agree to the following terms, which amend the Agreement as follows:
I.
AMENDMENT
Section 3.1, of the Compensation Section of the Agreement, is replaced by the following
language:
3.1 Total compensation under this Agreement will not exceed $20,101.26 Dollars
(Twenty -Thousand One -Hundred and One Dollars and Twenty -Six Cents).
H.
ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of the Agreement not
expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.

This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an
original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile copy or

same effect as an original.
