HomeMy WebLinkAbout061602-A2R2 - General - Contract - LRP Studio LLCCSC No. 61602-A2R2 AMENDMENT 2 AND RENEWAL 2 TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 61602 This Amendment and Renewal is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a home -rule municipality, and LRP Studio LLC ("Vendor"). City and Vendor shall be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties". WHEREAS, Parties previously entered into City Secretary Contract 61602 for Vendor to provide classes on using native plants to make paper, books, and prints ("Agreement") on June 25, 2024; WHEREAS, the Agreement was executed to provide the City with classes on using native plants to make paper, books, and prints for the Fort Worth Public Library; WHEREAS, the Agreement may be renewed for up to four (4) one-year renewal options at City's sole discretion; WHEREAS, Parties now wish to renew the Agreement for an additional term from June 25, 2026 to June 24, 2027; and WHEREAS, Parties also wish to add additional class dates. NOW, THEREFORE, Parties, acting herein by the through their duly -authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement: 1. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT The following terms are hereby amended to replace the referenced terms in the Agreement and shall be binding and enforceable as if they were originally included therein: Attachment A is hereby replaced with the attached Attachment A. 2. RENEWAL The term of the Agreement, as amended, is hereby renewed for an additional year to begin on June 25, 2026 and expire on June 24, 2027, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Agreement. ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect. 4. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE This Amendment and Renewal may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile copy or computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be treated as and shall have the same effect as anoriginal.
