B. The City Council will conduct a closed meeting in order to discuss matters permitted by the
following sections of Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code:

C. Section 551.071, CONSULTATION WITH ATTORNEY
To seek the advice of its attorney about pending or contemplated litigation, settlement offers,
or any matter in which the duty of the attorney to the City Council under the Texas Disciplinary
Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Texas Open
Meetings Act. [Tex. Govt. Code §551.071]:
a. Legal issues concerning Paula Conaway v. City of Fort Worth, No. 236-355396-24, in the
236th District Court, Tarrant County, Texas.
b. Legal Issues Concerning any item listed on today's posted city council agendas.

1. Section 551.072, DELIBERATIONS REGARDING REAL PROPERTY
Deliberate the purchase, sale, lease or value of real property where deliberation in an open
meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the City in negotiations with a third
party.
2. Section 551.087, DELIBERATIONS REGARDING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
NEGOTIATIONS
Deliberate the commercial or financial information or the offer of a financial or other incentive
to a business prospect.
3. Section 551.076 and Section 551.089, DELIBERATIONS REGARDING SECURITY
Deliberate certain security matters in accordance with Sections 551.076 and 551.089 of the
Texas Government Code.
D. The City Council may reconvene in open session in the City Council Work Session Room and act
on any item listed on the Executive Session Agenda in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Texas
Government Code.
E. Adjourn
The location identified on this agenda is the location at which the presiding officer will be
physically present and presiding over the meeting. Members of the City Council may be
participating remotely in compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act and Council
Rules of Procedure.

Immediately Following the Special Called Canvassing Meeting Scheduled to Begin at 4pm
In accordance with Chapter III, Section 5 of the Fort Worth City Charter, I hereby call a special
meeting of the Fort Worth City Council to be held on at the time and place stated above. The
object of the meeting is to consider the matters listed above and no business shall be
transacted at such meeting other than to consider such matters.

I, the undersigned authority, do hereby certifythat this Notice of Meeting was pasted on the City of Fort Worth official bulletin board, places convenient and readily accessible to
the general public at all times and said Notice was stamped on the following date and time Wednesday, May06, 2026 at 3:20 P.M. and remained so pasted continuously for at
least 3 business days preceding the scheduled date of said meeting.
