MAX ALLOWABLE CONTRACT AMOUNT (ORIGINAL CONTRACT COST + 25% IF APPLICABLE)
The purpose to Change Order #2 will expand the scope of work for the WRMC roof replacement project to include the roof canopy repair at Will Rogers
Memorial Center due to lightning strike. This change includes all necessary materials, labor, supervision, and equipment required to repair the roof canopy,
electrical and structure for the Pioneer Tower.
As a result of this change order, we will use General Contingency Allowance funds remaining in the construction contract for the WRMC Coliseum Burnett
and Moncrief Roof Replacements. The construction contract amount will not increase. However, this change will extend the project timeline by an extra 60
calendar days.
A previous change order #1 was approved to inccude roof replacements of the Welcome Center and Ticket Booths, approved by M&C 26-0202, March 10,
2026.
Trumble Construction was selected as the contractor for this project in August of 2025 and funding for this project is being provided by the Public Events
It is understood and agreed that the acceptance of this Change Order by the contractor constitutes an accord and satisfaction and represents payment in full
(both time and money) for all costs arising out of, or incidental to the above Change Order.
