HomeMy WebLinkAbout059569-A1 - General - Contract - Qiagen, LLCCSC No. 59569-Al FIRST AMENDMENT TO FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 59569 This First Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 59569 ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Qiagen, LLC. ("Vendor") acting by and through its duly authorized representative, and City of Fort Worth ("City"), a Texas home -rule municipal corporation acting by and through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, each individually referred as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties." WHEREAS, Buyer and Seller entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 59569 beginning June 09, 2023 ("Agreement"). The Agreement provides for four (4) one-year renewal periods; and WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the Parties to amend the Agreement to replace Exhibit A for the 1 st renewal period. NOW, THEREFORE, City and Vendor do hereby agree to the following: I. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT Qiagen Quote's #260427US02066689WP and 260427US02066700WP, dated April 27, 2026, is attached to this amendment as Exhibit A, and is incorporated herein for all purposes, and is a replacement for Exhibit A to the original Agreement. 11. ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME All other provisions of the Agreement, as previously amended, which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect. in.
