WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth ("City'� and Kimloy Hom & Associates
("Engineer'� made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 25033 (the "Contract")
on or about July 13, 1999; and
'WT�EREAS, the Contxact invol�es engi�ctring services for the followin.g project:
Engineering services for -the design of new sign.als at Highway 199/Nine Nlile
A2Ie Road and Highway 199/Roadrunner Circle;
WI-�EREAS, it has become neccssary to execute .Amendment N�o. 1 to said
Contract for the putpose of amending the scope of work.
NOW Z'HEREFORE, City and Engineer, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, enter inta the following agzeement which amends the
Contract:

pazagraph A of Attachment A to the Contracl is amended to be and read as
follows:
A. The PR�JECT will consist of the following activitics, as requested by the

Task I.0 Traffic signal designs and sp�cial specifications (if
required) for the following intersections:

All other provisions of the contract, wl�ich are not expressly amen�led herein, shall
remain in full force and effect.
