FIRST AMENDMENT AND THIRD RENEWAL TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 59791
This First Amendment and Third Renewal to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No.
59791 is made by and between the City of Fort Worth ("Buyer"), a Texas home -rule municipal
corporation acting by and through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and Responder
Training Enterprises, LLC ("Seller"), an Indiana limited liability company acting by and through
its duly authorized representative. Buyer and Seller are individually referred to as a "Party" and
collectively referred to as the "Parties."
WHEREAS, on July 12, 2023, the Parties entered into an Agreement identified as Fort
Worth City Secretary Contract No. 59791 ("Agreement");
WHEREAS, the Agreement allows for up to four (4) one-year renewal options at the
Buyer's sole discretion;
WHEREAS, the Parties have renewed the Agreement for two (2) of the four (4) renewals
with terms of July 12, 2024 to July 11, 2025 and July 12, 2025 to July 11, 2026;
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the Parties to renew the Agreement for an
additional year term;
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the Parties to amend the Agreement to update
Exhibit F due to updated pricing; and
WHEREAS, the amount of this contract shall remain an amount not to exceed $25,000.00
annually.
NOW, THEREFORE, Buyer and Seller do hereby agree to the following:
I.
RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT
The Agreement, as amended herein, is hereby renewed for its Third Renewal Term
beginning July 12, 2026 and ending July 11, 2027.
II.
AMENDMENT
The Agreement is hereby amended to update Exhibit F to reflect a price increase found in
Exhibit F-1 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for all purposes, and effective
upon the Third Renewal Term beginning July 12, 2026.
III. OFFICIAL RECORD
ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME CITY SECRETARY

All terms and conditions of the Agreement that are not expressly amended herein shall
remain in full force and effect.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an
original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile copy or
computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, of a signature, shall be treated as and shall have the
same effect as an original.
