AMENDMENT NO. 1 AND RENEWAL NO. 1
TO CITY OF FORT WO TH CONTRACT 63580
This Amendment and Renewal is entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WO TH
("City"), and PROFESSIONAL TURF PRODUCTS, LP. ("Vendor"). City and Vendor may be
referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties".
WHEREAS on July 2, 2025, the City entered into an agreement with Vendor to provide
parts, maintenance, and repair services for the City's Toro Brand Commercial Mowers and
Specialty Equipment for the Property Management Department as described in City Secretary
Contract No. 63580 ("Agreement");
WHEREAS it is the collective desire of both the Parties to amend the Agreement to update the
Vendor point of contact at Section 13, "Notices," so the Vendor continues to receive proper notice.
WHEREAS it is the desire of the City, in its sole discretion, to renew this Agreement
under the same terms and conditions for a first renewal term beginning July 2, 2026, and ending
July 1, 2027.
NOW THEREFORE, City and Vendor, acting herein through their duly authorized
representatives, agree to the following terms:

The Agreement is hereby amended by replacing the contact information in Section 13,
Notices, as follows:

RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT
The Agreement, as amended herein, is hereby renewed for its First Renewal Term,
beginning July 2, 2026, and ending July 1, 2027.

ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME
All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall remain
in full force and effect.

ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an
original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile copy
or computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be treated as and shall
have the same effect as anoriginal.
