Article 4 "Overlay Districts", of Chapter 4, "District Regulations" to add

Providing for regulations for Airport Overlay Zones and Compatible
Use
Zones ("AO-CUZ") Restrictions for incompatible uses within Clear

Worth Joint Reserve Base; and
To revise Chapter 9, "Definitions" to add definitions related to airports.
