FIRST AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRA
NO. 65116
This First Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 65116 ("First
Amendment") is made between the City of Fort Worth ("Fort Wo if), a municipal corporation
and Radiotronics, Inc. DBA AceK9.com, Inc., a Florida Corporatio ("Vendor").
WHEREAS, Fort Worth and Vendor entered into an Agree ent identified as Fort Worth
City Secretary Contract No. 65116 beginning August 1, 2026 (the' greement"); and
NHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both Fort Wortand Vendor to amend the
:nt to increase contract capacity to $10,000.00 to incl a the City of Fort Worth
omb Squad within the Fire Department.
IiVOW THEREFORE, known by all these present, Fort Wo h and Vendor, acting herein
by the tough their duly authorized representatives, agree to the f llowing terms, which amend
the Aar ement as follows:
I. The Agreement is hereby amended by adding Exhi it D-1, attached to this First
Amendment, as Exhibit D-1 of the Agreement. The Agreement is her amended to increase the
total authorized annual payment made under the Agreement by Foil Worth to the Vendor to an
amount not to exceed $10,000.00 for any single contract term.
All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants
amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
