Pursuant to Section 4 "Tenmination" of Contract 64055, the City has the right to terminate
the Contract anytime and for any reason provided the other party is given a 30-day notice. This
letter is to inform you that the City is exercising its right to terminate the Contract on May 1, 2026.
Please return this signed acknowledgement letter to the address set forth below,
acknowledging receipt of the Contract Termination Notice. Failure to provide a signed
acknowledgment does not affect the termination of the Contract.
