FIRST AMENDMENT TO FORT WORTH
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NUMBER 65217
VENDOR SERVICES AGREEMENT
This FIRST AMENDMENT TO FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY
CONTRACT NO. 65217 ("First Amendment") is made and entered into by and between
the City of Fort Worth, a home -rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas ("City"),
and Moxxie Concepts, LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Vendor"). City and
Vendor may be referred to collective as the "parties" or individually as a "parry."
WHEREAS, City and Vendor entered into an agreement for event management
and consulting services, the same being Fort Worth City Secretary Contract Number 65217
("Contract"); and
WHEREAS, the Contract provides for compensation to Vendor in an amount not
exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) with a term expiring on May 7, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the parties wish to amend the Contract in order extend the term to
facilitate payment to the Vendor but with no change to the compensation structure or not
to exceed amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Vendor, do hereby covenant and agree as follows:
1. That Section 2, "Term," of Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 65217 is hereby
deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
2. Term. This Agreement begins when signed by the Assistant City Manager
("Effective Date") and expires on June 30, 2026 ("Expiration Date"), unless
terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement ("Initial Term").
2. That all other terms and conditions of Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No.
65217 that are not amended herein shall remain in full force and effect throughout the term
of the Contract and any subsequent renewals.

3. This First Amendment Agreement may be executed by electronic signature, which
will be considered as an original signature for all purposes and have the same force and
effect as an original signature. For these purposes, "electronic signature" means
electronically scanned and transmitted versions such as an e-mail of a portable document
file (.pdf) of an original signature, or signatures electronically inserted via software such
as Adobe Sign.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment in Fort
Worth, Tarrant County, Texas.
