AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 63966
BETWEEN CITY OF FORT WORTH AND M ERN ART MUSEUM OF FORT
WORTH
This Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 63966 ("Amendment") is
made between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a Texas home -rule municipal corporation, and
Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth ("Vendor"), individually referred to as a "party" and
collectively as the "parties".
WHEREAS, the parties entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City Secretary
Contract No. 63966 beginning September 16, 2025 ("Agreement");
WHEREAS, the current term expires on September 15, 2026, unless terminated earlier in
accordance with the Agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the parties to amend the Agreement to add one
(1) additional performance date.
NOW THEREFORE, known by all these present, the parties, acting herein by and
through their duly authorized representatives, agree to the following terms, which amend the
Agreement as follows:
I.
AMENDMENT
The following term hereby amends the Agreement to either replace any conflicting term in
the Agreement or shall be added to the terms and shall be binding and enforceable as if it were
originally included therein:
Exhibit B replaces Exhibit B
The following language shall be added to the terms of Section III, Compensation:
1. As fair compensation for the services provided by Performer to City under this Agreement,
City shall pay Performer three hundred dollars and zero cents ($300.00).
2. Performer shall provide City with a correct and accurate invoice within 30 days of the
completed Performance. Performer will be paid within 30 days of City's receipt of a correct and
accurate invoice. In no event shall City pay any amount in excess of three hundred dollars
and zero ($300.00) to Performer. Performer shall not be compensated if the Performance is not
completed.

All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of the Agreement not
expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
III.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
This Amendment may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an
original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile copy or
computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be treated as and shall have the
same effect as an original.
