Contract No. CSCO No. 63607 (the "Contract")
Renewal Term No. 1: July 3, 2026 to July 2, 2027
The above referenced Contract with the City of Fort Worth will expire on July 2, 2026 (the
"Expiration Date"). Pursuant to the Contract, the City may renew the Contract at its sole option.
This letter serves as notice that the City is exercising its option to renew the Contract for the first
renewal term, which will begin on July 3, 2026 and end on July 2, 2027. All other terms and
conditions of the Contract remain unchanged.
Please return this signed acknowledgement letter, along with a copy of your current
insurance certificate, to the address set forth below, acknowledging receipt of the Contract
Renewal Notice. Failure to provide the written acknowledgment does not affect the renewal
of this Agreement.
