A void ranging from 2 feet to 4 feel was found under the existing south abutment that will be used as structural support for new pedestrian bridge to be installed. For
structural integrity this void must be filled with fiowable backfill. In addition to machine work, this construction will require manual labor to clear out debris, excavate loose soil,
install forms prior to pouring backfill.
It is understood and agreed that the acceptance of this Change Order by the contractor constitutes an accord and satisfaction and represents payment in
full (both time and money) for all costs arising out of, or incidental to, the above Change Order. The Project/Program Manager signing below
acknowledges that he/she is the person responsible for the monitoring and administration of this contract, including ensuring all performance and
reporting requirements.
