JUSTIFICATION (REASONS) FOR CHANGE ORDER 1
It has been deemed necessary by the Contractor and Project Engineer to modify the Traffic Control Plan for Calmonl Ave. The original plan did not provide adequate room
for equipment to safely and correctly perform the necessary street work, located roughly between Station 1136+50 and Station 1138. This is a minor change order with zero
added costs and zero additional contract time. Original plan sheet 016 will be replaced with revised sheets 016, 016A, 016B, and 016C. This is a TxDOT funded project, and
as such TxDOT requires any and all changes to a Traffic Control Plan be processed as an official Change Order.
It Is understood and agreed that the acceptance of this Change Order by the contractor constitutes an accord and satisfaction and represents payment in
full (both time and money) for all costs arising out of, or incidental to, the above Change Order. The Project/Program Manager signing below
acknowledges that he/she is the person responsible for the monitoring and administration of this contract, including ensuring all performance and
reporting requirements.
