SECOND AMENDMENT AND THIRD RENEWAL TO
CITY OF FORT WORTH CONTRACT NO.60132
This SECOND AMENDMENT AND THIRD RENEWAL ("Second Amendment and Third
Renewal") is made and entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth, a home -rule municipal
corporation of the State of Texas, acting by and through its duly authorized representative ("City"), and
M.R. Nyren Company ("Vendor").
WHEREAS, the Agreement's total compensation is an amount not to exceed $50,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the Parties agree to amend several items from Exhibit D of the Original Agreement
to reflect an increase in the Vendor's unit prices;
WHEREAS, the total authorized compensation shall remain an amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
NOW THEREFORE, known by all these present, Parties, acting herein by the through their duly
authorized representatives, agree to the following terms, which amend the Agreement as follows:
I. AMENDMENT
The following term is hereby amended to either replace any conflicting term in the Agreement
or shall be added to the terms and shall be binding and enforceable as if it was originally included
therein:
Exhibit D of the Agreement is amended to include the updated pricing as listed in the attached Exhibit D.
II. RENEWAL
The parties further agree to renew and extend the Agreement for its first renewal term, effective
beginning on October 1, 2026 and ending on September 30, 2027 (Third Renewal Term). This shall be
the 3 of 4 one-year renewal periods.
III. MISCELLANEOUS
(1) All terms and conditions of the Agreement that are not expressly amended pursuant to
this Second Amendment and Third Renewal shall remain in full force and effect.
(2) All terms in this Second Amendment and Third Renewal that are capitalized but not
defined shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Agreement.
