Renewal Term No. 1: July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027
The above referenced Contract with the City of Fort Worth will expire on June 30, 2026 (the
"Expiration Date"). Pursuant to the Contract, the City has the sole option to renew the Contract. This letter
is to inform you that the City is exercising its option to renew the Contract for the first renewal term. the
first renewal term will begin on July 1, 2026, and will end on June 30, 2027. All other terms and conditions
of the Contract remain unchanged.
Please return this signed acknowledgement letter, along with a copy of your current
insurance certificate, to the address set forth below, acknowledging receipt of the Contract Renewal
Notice. Failure to provide a signed acknowledgment does not affect the renewal.
