I. Call to Order
With a quorum present President Blaylock called the meeting to order for the
Board of Directors of the Fort Worth Local Development Corporation at 10:43
a.m. on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, in the City Council Work Session Room of
the Fort Worth City Hall,100 Fort Worth Trail, Fort Worth, Texas.
II. Approval of Minutes for September 30, 2025
Motion was made by Trustee Beck and seconded by Trustee Flores to approve
the September 30, 2025, meeting minutes. The motion passed 10-0. Trustee
Hall was absent.

III. Briefings and Discussion
a. Financial Report for the period of October 2024 through September
2025.
Ori Fernandez, Assistant Economic Development Director, provided a summary
of the financial report.
b. Written Update on Evans Rosedale Project
There were no questions on the Written Update on Evans Rosedale Project.
IV. Action Items
a. Consider a Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Vendor Services
Agreement with Schaefer Advertising Co., Ltd. For the Creation and
Development of a Business Recruitment Lead Generation Campaign
in an Amount Up to $500,000 to be managed by the Fort Worth
Economic Development Partnership (Ori Fernandez, Economic
Development Assistant Director)
Ori Fernandez, Economic Development Assistant Director, provided a staff
report.
Motion was made by Trustee Crain and seconded by Trustee Hill, to approve
Resolution No. FWLDC-2025-16, Authorizing the Execution of a Vendor Services
Agreement with Schaefer Advertising Co., Ltd. For the Creation and
Development of a Business Recruitment Lead Generation Campaign in an
Amount Up to $500,000 to be managed by the Fort Worth Economic
Development Partnership. The motion passed 10-0. Trustee Hall was absent,
b. Resolution Appointing Jessica Rogers as Authorized Signatory Agent
of the Corporation (Ori Fernandez, Assistant Economic Development
Director)
Motion was made by Trustee Crain and seconded by Trustee Martinez, to
approve Resolution No. FWLDC-2025-17, Appointing Jessica Rogers as

Authorized Signatory Agent of the Corporation. The motion passed 10-0.
Trustee Hall was absent.

There were no requests for future agenda items.
VII. Adjourn
With no further discussion, President Blaylock adjourned the meeting of the Fort
Worth Local Development Corporation Board at 10:46 a.m. on Tuesday, October
28, 2025.
