Home My WebLink About054774-A3R6 - General - Contract - JCC US Inc.CSC No. 54774-A3R6 THIRD AMENDMENT AND SIXTH RENEWAL TO FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 54774 This Third Amendment and Sixth Renewal to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 54774 is made between the City of Fort Worth ("City,") a Texas home rule municipality, and JCC US Inc ("Vendor,") a Delaware corporation. City and Vendor are each individually referred to herein as a "parry" and collectively referred to as the "parties." WHEREAS, City and Vendor entered into an Agreement identified as City Secretary Contract No. 54774 beginning November 2, 2020 (the "Agreement") with unlimited renewals; WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the parties to amend the Agreement to clarify the annual amount of the Agreement; WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the parties to amend the Agreement to add Tavio Change Order 46, a change order to update the current PeopleSoft to Greenhouse integration and add OAuth 2.0 authentication; WHEREAS, the current term of the Agreement expires on November 1, 2026; and WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the parties to renew the Agreement for an additional one-year renewal term. NOW THEREFORE, known by all these present, the Parties, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, agree to the following terms, which amend the Agreement as follows: I. AMENDMENTS 1. The Agreement is hereby amended to clarify the annual amount of the Agreement shall not exceed $100,000.00. 2. The Agreement is hereby amended to add Schedule B-3, Tavio Change Order #6, attached hereto this Third Amendment and Sixth Renewal, to update the current PeopleSoft to Greenhouse integration and add OAuth 2.0 authentication. Pricing for this change order shall be in accordance with the amounts described in Schedule B-3. II. RENEWALS The Agreement is hereby renewed for a one-year Renewal Term beginning November 2, 2026, with pricing in accordance with Exhibit A-1, Tavio Order #7, attached hereto and incorporated herein this Third Amendment and Sixth Renewal.
