TO FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 63398 This Amendment to a Cooperative Agreement is made between the City of Fort Worth ("Fort Worth") and Hydromax USA LLC ("Vendor"). WHEREAS, Fort Worth and Vendor entered into a Cooperative Agreement to provide Maintenance and Repair Facilities, Grounds Supplies, and Equipment, and Tool Rentals for the Water department identified as Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 63398 beginning June 9, 2025 and ending June 6, 2026 (the "Agreement"); and WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both Fort Worth and Vendor to amend the Agreement by replacing Exhibit A, Seller's Pricing, to reflect increased prices, as accepted by the underlying cooperative agency. All other compensation terms will remain unchanged. NOW THEREFORE, Fort Worth and Vendor, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, agree to the following terms, which amend the Agreement as follows: 1. The agreement is hereby amended to add Exhibit A-1, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, which replaces the fee schedule set forth in Exhibit A. 2. All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of the Agreement not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
