Home My WebLink About062156-A2R2 - General - Contract - Collaborative Testing Services, Inc.CSC No. 62156-A2R2 SECOND AMENDMENT AND SECOND RENEWAL TO FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 62156 This Second Amendment and Second Renewal to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 62156 ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Collaborative Testing Services, Inc. ("Vendor"), a West Virginia Corporation, acting by and through its duly authorized representative, and City of Fort Worth ("City"), a Texas home -rule municipal corporation acting by and through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, each individually referred as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties." WHEREAS, the Parties entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 62156 on October 24, 2024 ("Agreement"); WHEREAS, the Parties agree to renew and amend the Agreement for an additional one- year term (the "First Renewal Term") on June 16, 2025; and WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the Parties to renew the Agreement for an additional one-year term (the "Second Renewal Term"); and WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of the Parties to amend the Agreement by replacing Exhibit B.1 with an updated Exhibit B.2 to reflect updated pricing to be effective during the Second Renewal Term. NOW, THEREFORE, City and Vendor do hereby agree to the following: I. RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT The Agreement is hereby renewed for an additional renewal term (the "Second Renewal Term") commencing on October 1, 2026, and ending on September 30, 2027, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Agreement. II. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT Effective beginning during the Second Renewal Term, Exhibit B.2, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, is made a part of this Agreement for all purposes, replacing the previous Exhibit B.1. Exhibit B.2 shall be binding and enforceable and the amended agreement shall be referred to as the Agreement in all future documents: OFFICIAL RECORD CITY SECRETARY FT. ALL OTHER TERMS SHALL REMAIN THE SAME All other provisions of Agreement, as previously amended, which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect. IV. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE This Second Amendment and Second Renewal may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. A facsimile copy or computer image, such as a PDF or tiff image, or a signature, shall be treated as and shall have the same effect as an original.
